The Models Database terms of use.

By submitting a profile you agree that : The information is correct to the best of your knowledge and is about you only. Your profile may be displayed on other similar model databases/agencies owned by ourselves. Any images uploaded are of yourself only.Please try to send a variety of photographs - sitting,standing,portrait relevant to your submission ... You must be over 18 years of age. We do not accept photographs containing more than one person unless there is a strong connection supported in your profile submission. You may supply up to 10 images in any format and any size,we will resize and prepare in accordance with the page display. On request we agree to delete profiles immediately and delete the information and photographs contained within from our database.Otherwise we reserve the right to retain images for the construction of an archive database.    Delete profile Contact details : Upon payment ALL contact details of the individual profile concerned will be provided to the potential employer making payment.Do NOT supply details to The Models Database that you do not wish to be disclosed. Disclaimer : The Models Database DOES NOT make background checks on individuals or commercial concerns that advertise or place profiles on the website and insist that users of The Models Database do so entirely at their own risk. The Models Database operates purely as a third party for models or those interested in the profession to contact others with a view to acquiring paid employment and media exposure. We ask all users to act responsibly and professionally. The Models Database reserves the absolute right to make any decisions concerning content,paid or otherwise. Reasons for non-inclusion,refusal,denial will be given in writing and be final. The Models Database will not be held responsible for the quality of the contact details provided by those individuals choosing to submit a profile,nor the quality of the work resulting from enquiries.

At The Models Database we strongly recommend the following :

(1) Only supply contact details that you are prepared to be released to applicants requesting them. (2) If you are contacted regarding an offer of employment please request information regarding : The nature of the work and exactly what is expected of you. Will you receive a written contract. If you receive a written contract,read it thoroughly before signing. If you receive a written contract,will you be compensated if the contract is cancelled. (3) Consider arranging a mobile phone number especially for modelling enquiries. (4) Check any potential employers references,address,websites,history,other models that you may be able to discuss your offer. (5) Don't be afraid to ask questions however direct and personal they may be.Genuine employers will understand any concerns regarding personal safety. (6) Try to arrange someone to accompany you to employment contracts. (7) Always make sure someone knows where you are,how long you expect to be away for and the nature of your work. (8) Do not release your home address unless you are confident that the person requesting it has a reasonable need for it. (9) Consider your personal boundaries and stick to them. (10) If you have any concerns that cannot be satisfied .....STAY at home and wait for the next offer !
